THE BUILDER:
Mike Bargo hails from three generations of builders.  His grandfather was a master carpenter and his father was a builder/developer.  As a result, Mike's been working construction since high school in Kentucky, starting from the ground up.  With so many years of experience it seemed a natural fit for him to pass on his skills while teaching Building Science to high school students in Laredo.

Mike has worked on over 300 homes and commercial buildings of all sizes and has a successful history of making his clients happy.  He and his wife, Cheli, with their 4 boys, have called Kerrville home for several years.  He established a construction company there and works hard to maintain ongoing business relationships with his many satisfied customers.

Believing integrity and trust are critical factors in establishing a good working relationship, Mike says, "When your foundation is solid your house will withstand any storm".

THE DEVELOPER:
Texas born and bred, Eddie Langford has had his hand in "land" in one form or fashion for decades.  From Corpus Christi to Laredo to San Marcos and Wimberley, with a short detour in Tennessee, it all started with home improvements and quickly escalated to home building.  For several years now Eddie's primary focus has been on developing properties in beautiful Central Texas and the surrounding areas.  He's always on the lookout for that next perfect property.

Eddie lives in Bulverde with his wife of 25 years.  He has 3 grown children that make him immensely proud but more importantly are his beautiful grandchildren.  Be sure and ask him about them.
